This product uses a glycinate form of magnesium and provides 200 mg of elemental magnesium in the labeled two-tablet serving. Glycinate forms are commonly selected when users want a chelated magnesium option in a tablet format. Magnesium is an essential mineral required as a cofactor for hundreds of enzymatic reactions.
