Supplement. Per 1 Level Tablespoon (approx. 6.5 g): Dietary Fiber 6 g, Soluble Fiber 6 g, Organic Acacia Gum Powder (Acacia senegal/Acacia seyal) 6.5 g (6,500 mg). Dietary fiber supports normal bowel regularity and stool formation and can contribute to satiety and normal post-meal metabolic responses.

Mix 1 level tablespoon daily into at least 8 oz. of water or juice. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. For sensitive individuals, start with 1 teaspoon daily, and gradually increase to 1 tablespoon.
