Supplement. Per 3 Veg Capsules: Vitamin D2 (as Ergocalciferol - a vegetarian source) 19 mcg (750 IU), Calcium (from Calcium Citrate) 450 mg, Magnesium (from Magnesium Oxide) 225 mg, Zinc (from Zinc Amino Acid Chelate) 11 mg, Copper (from Copper Amino Acid Chelate) 0.75 mg. Calcium provides the principal mineral substrate for bone mineralization and also participates in neuromuscular signaling and cellular regulation.

Take 3 capsules daily, preferably in divided doses, with food.
