Swanson Vitamins, Collagen Peptides, Unflavored, 20 Stick Packs, 0.35 oz (10 g) Each

Collagen Peptides is an oral powder formulation. The source panel lists Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides 10 g per 1 stick pack 0.35 oz (10 g). Hydrolyzed collagen provides peptides and amino acids such as glycine and proline that contribute to connective-tissue protein metabolism. It is studied for skin hydration and joint comfort. The collagen source and degree of hydrolysis define the product, while its amino-acid profile is part of the protein composition rather than a collection of separate amino-acid supplements.

As a dietary supplement, mix con- tents of one stick pack (10 g) in an 8 ounce glass of water or juice, one to two times per day.
