Sports Research, Vegan Omega + D3, 60 Veggie Softgels

Algal Omega is an oral softgel preparation. The documented 2 Veggie Softgels serving provides Vegan Algal Oil Concentrate 1400 mg, Total Omega-3 Fatty Acids 770 mg and DHA 420 mg. Algal oil provides a non-fish source of long-chain omega fatty acids, with DHA and EPA quantities determined by the product composition. These lipids contribute to cell membranes, neurological tissue and retinal structure. The formulation is characterised by its algal origin rather than being treated as fish oil, with total oil and individual fatty-acid amounts kept separate.

Adults take 2 veggie softgels daily with food, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.
