Sports Research, Multi Collagen With Biotin, 90 Capsules

Biotin is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 3 Capsules serving provides Biotin 3000 mcg, Vitamin C 90 mg and Multi Collagen Complex 1600 mg. Biotin acts as a cofactor for carboxylase enzymes involved in fatty-acid synthesis, amino-acid metabolism and glucose-related pathways. It is commonly included in hair, skin and nail nutrition because adequate biotin contributes to normal tissue function. The documented quantity describes the preparation.
