Vitamin B Complex is an oral liquid preparation. The documented 1 mL serving provides Vitamin B12 500 mcg, Folate 680 mcg DFE, Vitamin B1 1.2 mg, Vitamin B2 1.3 mg and Niacin 16 mg. This B-vitamin formulation combines nutrients that participate in cellular energy metabolism, red-blood-cell formation and normal nervous-system function. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation. Thiamin and riboflavin participate in enzyme reactions that convert food-derived nutrients into usable cellular energy.
