Ancient Nutrition, Ancient Elixirs, Superfood Matcha, 7.5 oz (214 g)

Matcha MCT Blend is a powder nutritional preparation. The documented 1 Scoop (10.7 g) serving provides Protein 1 g, Total Fat 6 g, Total Carbohydrates 2 g and Dietary Fiber 1 g. Matcha contributes a whole-leaf tea matrix containing naturally occurring polyphenols, while medium-chain triglycerides supply a concentrated lipid component. The tea and fat ingredients have distinct compositional roles. Polyphenols interact with cellular redox pathways, and the triglycerides provide an energy-yielding nutrient source within the blended powder preparation.

Adults mix 1 scoop in 8 oz liquid.
