Garden of Life, Grass Fed Collagen Creamer, Creamy Vanilla, 11.64 oz (330 g)

Collagen MCT Complex is an oral powder preparation. The stated 1 Scoop (27.5 g) serving provides Collagen 10 g, C8:0 - Caprylic Acid C10:0 - Capric Acid 5 g and Bacillus subtilis DE111 5 mg. Hydrolysed collagen provides amino acids associated with connective-tissue protein turnover. Medium-chain triglycerides provide a separate lipid energy source and are metabolised differently from longer-chain dietary fats. Their combination supplies a protein-derived structural nutrient alongside concentrated fat, preserving the distinct biochemical roles of collagen peptides and the accompanying oil.
