Fish Oil is an oral softgel preparation. The stated 2 Soft Gels serving provides EPA 340 mg, DHA 245 mg and Omega-3s 680 mg. Fish oil supplies long-chain omega fatty acids, principally EPA and DHA when documented. These lipids participate in cell-membrane structure and the formation of signalling molecules, with DHA particularly relevant to neurological and retinal tissues. The amount of fish oil is distinguished from its EPA and DHA content, because the total oil quantity is not equivalent to the active fatty-acid concentration.

For 6 years and older, two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed.
