Per source serving of 1 Tablet, principal components include Thiamin (50 mg), Riboflavin (50 mg), Niacin (50 mg), Vitamin B-6 (50 mg), Folate (667 mcg DFE (400 mcg Folic Acid)). B vitamins function as coenzymes in complementary pathways of carbohydrate, amino-acid and lipid metabolism.
