Country Life, Bromelain, 60 Tablets

Bromelain is an oral tablet preparation. The documented 1 Tablet serving provides Bromelain 500 mg. Bromelain is a pineapple-derived mixture of proteolytic enzymes that act on protein substrates. Bromelain activity is expressed in catalytic units that describe substrate breakdown and remain distinct from the preparation’s ingredient mass. The preparation's activity measurement is not treated as equivalent to its milligram weight, and the composition is distinguished from unrelated pineapple food powders.

Adults take one (1) tablet with a protein containing meal, up to three times a day. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.
