Thyroid Nutrition Complex is an oral tablet preparation. The documented 2 tablets serving provides Iodine 450 mcg, L-Tyrosine 500 mg, Thiamin 30 mg, Riboflavin 50 mg and Niacin 50 mg. This thyroid-oriented preparation supplies the documented minerals, amino acids or botanical compounds. Iodine is a structural component of thyroid hormones, while selenium participates in thyroid-related enzyme systems when listed. Thiamin and riboflavin participate in enzyme reactions that convert food-derived nutrients into usable cellular energy.
