Hair Nutrition Complex is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 3 Capsules serving provides Biotin 600 mcg, Zinc 15 mg, Horsetail Rush 100 mg, Copper 3 mg and DL-Methionine 500 mg. This formulation combines nutrients and botanical components used in hair, skin or nail nutrition. Biotin, minerals and other documented ingredients contribute different metabolic or structural roles. Biotin participates in enzyme reactions involved in normal nutrient metabolism.

As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules daily with food. The daily amount can be divided between AM and PM, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
