Dragon Herbs, Spring Dragon Longevity Tea™, Caffeine Free, 20 Tea Bags, 1.8 oz (40 g)

Adaptogenic Herbal Tea is a herbal infusion nutritional preparation. The documented 1 tea bag serving provides Gynostemma leaf, Luo Han Guo extract 2 g. This herbal infusion combines the stated leaves, fruits and traditional tonic plants. Gynostemma, schisandra and the other named botanicals contribute distinct phytochemical matrices within the beverage. Infusion draws water-accessible constituents from the blend, preserving its mixed-herb tonic identity rather than the composition or concentration of a single purified adaptogenic extract.

One tea bag can yield three cups of brew! Steep the tea bag in about 3 cups of near-boiling water for at least 3 to 5 minutes. If using less water, remove the tea bag when desired strength is reached. Serve hot or cold. You may add ice, a few drops of lemon juice and honey to create a cooling, refreshing iced tea during the summer. Sweeten the tea with our low-calorie low-glycemic Sweetfruit Drops. Drink several cups a day as a healthy beverage.
