Branched-Chain Amino Acids is an oral powder preparation. The stated 1 scoop (5 g) serving provides L-Leucine 2,500 mg, L-Valine 1,250 mg and L-Isoleucine 1,250 mg. Leucine, isoleucine and valine are essential branched-chain amino acids involved in muscle protein turnover and exercise-related metabolism. Leucine also participates in nutrient signalling associated with protein synthesis.

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of BCAA5000® with 8-10 oz of cold water, protein, or beverage of your choice before, during, or after your workout (vary amount of water by taste preference).
