Prebiotic Fiber is an oral powder preparation. The stated 1 scoop (6.6 g) serving provides Polydextrose 3,500 mg, Inulin 2,500 mg and Psyllium Seed Husk Powder 500 mg. Dietary fibre contributes to intestinal contents and bowel function, while fermentable fibres can also act as substrates for gut microorganisms. Soluble and insoluble fibres have different physical properties, so the actual source and composition are retained.

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of Fibermode® with 8-10 oz of water and take with a meal.
