Nature’s Craft, Magnesium Sleeplex, Melatonin-Free, 90 Capsules

Sleep Mineral Complex is an oral capsule preparation. The 3 Capsules serving supplies Magnesium 81 mg, L-Theanine 250 mg, Lemon Balm Extract 100 mg, Apigenin 50 mg. This relaxation-oriented formula combines magnesium with theanine, lemon balm and apigenin. Magnesium participates in neuronal signalling and normal muscle function. Theanine and lemon-balm constituents are investigated for interactions with calm-related signalling, while apigenin contributes a distinct plant-flavonoid component. These complementary mineral, amino-acid and botanical roles define the complete melatonin-free sleep-nutrition preparation.

Take 3 capsules per serving. Preferably take 1 capsule during the afternoon and 2 capsules one hour before sleep.
