Nature’s Truth, Premium Liquid Collagen with Biotin, Delicious Berry, 8 fl oz (237 ml)

Liquid Collagen is an oral liquid preparation. The documented 1 Tablespoon (15 mL) serving provides Collagen Type I & III 1,400 mg (1.4 g) and Biotin 1,000 mcg. This liquid preparation supplies hydrolysed collagen peptides, smaller protein fragments derived from connective-tissue proteins. Collagen is a major structural component of skin and other tissue matrices, while its peptides supply amino acids such as glycine and proline. The finished formula is intended for nutritional skin and connective-tissue support. Its liquid presentation and documented peptide blend distinguish it from capsules, topical collagen products and ordinary dietary proteins.

For adults, take one (1) tablespoon (15 mL) daily, preferably with a meal. Refrigerate after opening.
