Multivitamin Complex is an oral tablet preparation. The documented 3 Tablets serving provides Vitamin C 900 mg, Vitamin D3 50 mcg, Folate 400 mcg DFE (418 mcg as Quatrefolic® brand (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt), Vitamin B12 80 mcg and Zinc 11 mg. This multivitamin preparation combines nutrients involved in normal energy metabolism, immune function and tissue maintenance. Individual vitamins and minerals contribute different biochemical roles. Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and cellular antioxidant systems. Vitamin D contributes to calcium regulation and normal skeletal and immune function. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation.

Adults take 3 tablets daily, preferably with food. Not formulated for children. Do not exceed recommended dose.
