Nature’s Way, Gymnema, 500 mg, 60 Vegan Capsules

Gymnema Extract is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 1 Capsule serving provides Gymnema 500 mg. Gymnema sylvestre is a botanical leaf preparation containing gymnemic-acid-related constituents. These compounds have been investigated for interactions with sweet-taste perception and glucose-related physiology. The preparation provides the documented leaf powder or extract as botanical metabolic support. An extract ratio describes the source-material concentration, while gymnemic-acid content is specified only when an actual standardisation is present in the product composition.

Adults take 1 capsule three times daily, preferably with food.
