Nature’s Way, St. John’s Wort, 100 Vegan Capsules (350 mg per Capsule)

Saint John's Wort is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 2 Capsules serving provides St. John's Wort 700 mg. Saint John's wort is a botanical preparation associated with mood-support research. Constituents such as hyperforin, hypericin and flavonoids have been investigated for interactions with neurotransmitter-related pathways. The finished product supplies the herb or extract specified by its composition. Its nutritional botanical identity is defined by that preparation and amount; an unstated level of hypericin or hyperforin is not inferred from the plant name alone.

Adults take 2 capsules twice daily. For best results, use for at least two months.
