Nature’s Way, St. John’s Wort, 90 Vegan Capsules

Saint John's Wort is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 1 Capsule serving provides St. John's Wort Extract 300 mg, Rosemary 80 mg and Spirulina 40 mg. Saint John's wort is a botanical preparation associated with mood-support research. Constituents such as hyperforin, hypericin and flavonoids have been investigated for interactions with neurotransmitter-related pathways. The finished product supplies the herb or extract specified by its composition. Its nutritional botanical identity is defined by that preparation and amount; an unstated level of hypericin or hyperforin is not inferred from the plant name alone.

Adults take 1 capsule two to three times daily, preferably with food. Best results obtained with continuous use.
