Zinc is an oral lozenge preparation. The documented 1 Lozenge serving provides Zinc 23 mg, Vitamin C 100 mg and Echinacea purpurea 20 mg. Zinc contributes to normal enzyme activity, immune function, protein synthesis and cellular growth. It also participates in maintaining skin and other tissues and in normal DNA metabolism. The preparation supplies zinc through the mineral form stated in the composition. Elemental zinc quantity describes the nutritional contribution of the actual zinc-containing compound.

For daily support : Adults take 1 lozenge daily, preferably with food. Do not chew or swallow the lozenge whole. Dissolve completely in mouth and then swallow. For intensive use: Adults take 1 lozenge every 2-4 hours, preferably with food. May take up to 4 lozenges daily. Not formulated for individuals under 18 years of age. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days.
