The stated 2 Mini-Tabs serving provides Vitamin C (Proprietary Esterified Complex 300 mg (total blend), Vitamin E 20 mg, Thiamin 25 mg, Riboflavin 25 mg and Niacin 50 mg. This preparation combines the documented iron source with the listed nutritional cofactors. Iron contributes to normal haemoglobin formation and oxygen transport. Magnesium contributes to normal nerve transmission, muscle function and enzyme activity. Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and cellular antioxidant systems. Thiamin and riboflavin participate in enzyme reactions that convert food-derived nutrients into usable cellular energy.
