Hair Nutrition Complex is an oral tablet preparation. The stated 4 Tablets serving provides Vitamin C 500 mg, Biotin 2000 mcg, Zinc 5 mg, Vitamin A 3000 mcg and Thiamin 30 mg. This formulation combines nutrients and botanical components used in hair, skin or nail nutrition. Biotin, minerals and other documented ingredients contribute different metabolic or structural roles. Biotin participates in enzyme reactions involved in normal nutrient metabolism. Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and cellular antioxidant systems. Thiamin participates in enzyme reactions involved in normal carbohydrate metabolism.
