Supplement. Per 1 Tablet: Thiamin (from Thiamin HCl) (Vitamin B-1) 100 mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 100 mg, Niacin (Vitamin B-3) (as Niacinamide) 100 mg, Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCl) 100 mg, Folate 680 mcg DFE (400 mcg folic acid). The B-complex vitamins act as coenzymes in cellular energy metabolism, amino-acid metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis, methylation, and normal nervous-system and red-blood-cell function.

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
