Powder formulation for arginine ketoglutarate. Per source serving of 1 scoop (3.5 grams), principal components include L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate 2:1 (3.5 g). Arginine is a substrate for nitric oxide synthesis, while alpha-ketoglutarate is an intermediate in cellular energy metabolism. The combination is used in sports formulations directed toward exercise-related circulation and muscular performance.

Take 1 serving with your favorite beverage twice daily. On training days: Take 1 serving 20-30 minutes prior to exercise and 1 serving at least 4 hours before or after your first dose.  Serving scoop included.
