Branched-Chain Amino Acids is an oral powder preparation. The documented 1 Scoop (9 g) serving provides 2:1:1 BCAA 6,000 mg, L-Leucine approx. 3,000 mg, L-Isoleucine approx. 1,500 mg and L-Valine approx. 1,500 mg. Leucine, isoleucine and valine are essential branched-chain amino acids involved in muscle protein turnover and exercise-related metabolism.
