Brewer's Yeast is an oral tablet preparation. The documented 6 Tablets serving provides Thiamin 0.28 mg, Riboflavin 0.09 mg, Niacin 0.72 mg, Vitamin B12 5 mcg and Brewer's Yeast 3000 mg (3 g). Brewer's yeast provides a nutritional yeast matrix with the B vitamins listed in the formulation. Thiamin participates in carbohydrate metabolism, riboflavin contributes flavin cofactors, and niacin supports cellular redox reactions. Vitamin B12 contributes to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation. Thiamin and riboflavin participate in enzyme reactions that convert food-derived nutrients into usable cellular energy.
