Quercetin is an oral capsule preparation. The stated 3 Capsules serving provides Quercetin 1 g, Vitamin C 788 mg and Magnesium 50 mg. Quercetin is a flavonoid found in plant foods and used in antioxidant formulations. It is studied in relation to cellular redox activity and inflammatory signalling, providing a biochemical basis for its use in seasonal-support preparations. Additional ingredients such as bromelain or zinc remain part of the actual formula rather than being assumed present in every quercetin product.

3 capsules 1 to 2 times daily in divided doses, between meals. If you have a delicate, easily irritated stomach, take with meals.
