Iodine is an oral tablet supplement. The source panel lists lodine 225 mcg; Atlantic Kelp 56 mg per 1 tablet. Iodine is incorporated into the thyroid hormones thyroxine and triiodothyronine, which participate in regulation of metabolic processes. Elemental iodine content differs from the mass of iodine-containing salts or seaweed materials, so those quantities are not interchangeable.

As a dietary supplement, take one tablet per day with water. Do not exceed recommended dose.
