Methylation Nutrient Complex is an oral capsule preparation. The documented Three Capsules serving provides Riboflavin 90 mg, Vitamin B6 45 mg, Folate 5 mg DFE, Vitamin B12 3 mg and Betaine Anhydrous 1.8 g. This formulation combines the listed B vitamins and any documented methyl-donor nutrients. Folate and vitamin B12 participate in one-carbon metabolism, DNA synthesis and normal red-blood-cell formation. Glucosamine is an amino sugar associated with connective-tissue matrix components. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation. Riboflavin participates in flavin-coenzyme reactions involved in cellular energy metabolism.

Take 1-3 capsules daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner.
