Hair Nutrition Complex is an oral tablet preparation. The documented 6 tablets serving provides Biotin 3,000 mcg, Hydrolyzed Collagen 3,000 mg and Hydrolyzed Keratin 500 mg. This formulation combines nutrients and botanical components used in hair, skin or nail nutrition. Biotin, minerals and other documented ingredients contribute different metabolic or structural roles. Biotin participates in enzyme reactions involved in normal nutrient metabolism. Collagen peptides provide amino acids associated with connective-tissue protein turnover and structural nutrition.

Take six (6) mini tablets per day, all at once or in divided doses.
