Multivitamin Complex is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 2 capsules serving provides Vitamin C 100 mg, Vitamin D 75 mcg (3,000 IU), Folate 800 mcg (400 mcg folic acid), Vitamin B12 500 mcg and Zinc 15 mg. This multivitamin preparation combines nutrients involved in normal energy metabolism, immune function and tissue maintenance. Individual vitamins and minerals contribute different biochemical roles. Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and cellular antioxidant systems. Vitamin D contributes to calcium regulation and normal skeletal and immune function.
