California Gold Nutrition, L-Glutamine, AjiPure®, 500 mg, 120 Veggie Capsules, L-Glutamine 1,000 mg per 2-capsule serving (500 mg per capsule)

L-Glutamine is formulated around L-Glutamine 1,000 mg per 2-capsule serving (500 mg per capsule). L-glutamine is an amino acid used in nitrogen transport and as a metabolic substrate by multiple tissues. Supplemental research is dose- and context-dependent, so the amount per serving should be compared directly with the protocols being considered. This California Gold Nutrition formula is intended to provide a clearly defined daily serving rather than an unspecified blend. The labeled strength, serving size, and dosage form are the most useful reference points when comparing this product with alternatives or with published research. Evidence for supplements is ingredient-, dose-, and population-specific, so findings from another formulation should not automatically be transferred to this exact product. Use should follow the product label and relevant professional guidance.

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Best when taken as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
