Iron Nutrient Complex is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 1 Capsule serving provides Vitamin A 1,500 mcg RAE, Vitamin C 120 mg, Vitamin E 20.1 mg, Thiamin 10 mg and Riboflavin 10 mg. This preparation combines the documented iron source with the listed nutritional cofactors. Iron contributes to normal haemoglobin formation and oxygen transport. Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and cellular antioxidant systems. Thiamin and riboflavin participate in enzyme reactions that convert food-derived nutrients into usable cellular energy.
