Menaquinone is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 1 Capsule serving provides Vitamin K2 90 mcg, Vitamin D3 125 mcg and Zinc 30 mg. Vitamin K contributes to the activation of proteins involved in normal blood coagulation and skeletal metabolism. It acts as a cofactor in gamma-carboxylation reactions that enable specific proteins to bind calcium. Phylloquinone and menaquinone forms have distinct chemical structures. The preparation supplies the vitamin-K forms stated in the composition.

Take 1 capsule daily with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.
