Country Life, Coenzyme B-Complex, 240 Vegan Capsules

Vitamin B Complex is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 2 capsules serving provides Folate 667 mcg, Vitamin B12 500 mcg, Thiamin 50 mg, Riboflavin 50 mg and Niacin 100 mg. This B-vitamin formulation combines nutrients that participate in cellular energy metabolism, red-blood-cell formation and normal nervous-system function. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation. Thiamin and riboflavin participate in enzyme reactions that convert food-derived nutrients into usable cellular energy.
