Hair Nutrition Complex is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 4 capsules serving provides Vitamin C 200 mg, Biotin 5,000 mcg, Zinc 15 mg, Maxi Blend 1,200 mg (total blend) and Vitamin A 1,500 mcg. This formulation combines nutrients and botanical components used in hair, skin or nail nutrition. Biotin, minerals and other documented ingredients contribute different metabolic or structural roles. Biotin participates in enzyme reactions involved in normal nutrient metabolism. Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and cellular antioxidant systems.
