Menaquinone is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 1 Capsule serving provides Vitamin K2 50 mcg, Vitamin D3 5 mcg and Inulin 750 mcg. Vitamin K contributes to the activation of proteins involved in normal blood coagulation and skeletal metabolism. It acts as a cofactor in gamma-carboxylation reactions that enable specific proteins to bind calcium. Phylloquinone and menaquinone forms have distinct chemical structures.
