Amino Acid Complex is an oral powder preparation. The documented 12 grams (approx. one scoop) serving provides Vitamin B-6 20 mg, L-Leucine 2.5 g, L-Phenylalanine 715 mg, L-Valine 615 mg and L-Histidine 590 mg. Amino acids provide substrates for normal protein synthesis and tissue turnover. Essential amino acids must be supplied through nutrition, while the accompanying amino acids contribute distinct metabolic roles.

Mix 12 grams (approx. 1 scoop) into 8-10 ounces of water.
