DIM Complex is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 2 Capsules serving provides Diindolylmethane 100 mg, Vitamin B6 1 mg, Folate 42.5 mcg, Vitamin B12 25 mcg and Magnesium 100 mg. Diindolylmethane is a compound associated with the metabolism of indole constituents from cruciferous vegetables. It is investigated in relation to cellular signalling and oestrogen-metabolism pathways. Magnesium contributes to normal nerve transmission, muscle function and enzyme activity. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation.
