The documented 2 Tablets serving provides Calcium 160 mg, Sodium 36 mg and Proprietary Blend Alginic acid, Opunxia Prickly Pear Cactus Extract 550 mg. Alginic acid is a seaweed-derived polysaccharide whose gel-forming behaviour depends on acidity and mineral interactions. Adults chew 2 tablets after a meal causing discomfort. Take at least one hour after any medications. May be taken day or night. For best results, keep head slightly elevated (especially while sleeping). Do not exceed 6 tablets daily.
