EVLution Nutrition, Lean BCAA®, Fruit Punch, 8.7 oz (246 g)

Branched Amino Complex is a powder preparation. The 1 scoop (8.2 g) serving provides L-Leucine 2,500 mg, L-Isoleucine 1,250 mg, L-Valine 1,250 mg, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate 500 mg, Conjugated Linoleic Acid Powder 500 mg. Branched-chain amino acids contribute to amino-acid availability and normal muscle-protein turnover. The accompanying conjugated linoleic acid and carnitine have distinct lipid-related biochemical identities. Carnitine participates in transport of long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria, linking the exercise amino-acid profile with separate metabolic nutritional ingredients.

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of LEANBCAA ® with 10-12 oz of cold water before, during, or after your workout (vary amount of water by taste preference).
