Multivitamin Complex is an oral tablet preparation. The documented 4 Tablets serving provides Vitamin C 300 mg, Vitamin D 25 mcg (1,000 IU), Folate 1020 mcg DFE, Vitamin B12 50 mcg and Zinc 15 mg. This multivitamin preparation combines nutrients involved in normal energy metabolism, immune function and tissue maintenance. Individual vitamins and minerals contribute different biochemical roles. Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and cellular antioxidant systems. Vitamin D contributes to calcium regulation and normal skeletal and immune function. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation.

Take 4 tablets once daily with a meal.
