Men's Multivitamin Complex is an oral capsule preparation. The stated 4 Capsules serving provides Vitamin C 90 mg, Vitamin D 50 mcg, Folate 400 mcg and Vitamin B12 40.1 mcg. This men's multivitamin formulation supplies a coordinated mixture of vitamins, minerals and botanical components. B vitamins participate in energy and amino-acid metabolism, while vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and antioxidant systems. Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and cellular antioxidant systems. Vitamin D contributes to calcium regulation and normal skeletal and immune function. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation.

Adults take 4 capsules daily. Best when taken 2 capsules twice a day. May be taken with or without food. Capsules may be opened and contents may be added to water or juice. Not intended for children.
