Vitamin E is an oral capsule preparation. The stated 2 Capsules serving provides Vitamin E 125 mg, Mixed Tocopherols Powder 4 mg and Vitamin A 900 mcg. Vitamin E refers to a family of lipid-soluble compounds associated with antioxidant activity in biological membranes. Tocopherols and tocotrienols have related but distinct chemical structures. Alpha-tocopherol contributes to protection of cellular lipids against oxidative processes. The preparation supplies the forms stated in its composition, with any accompanying micronutrients retaining separate nutritional roles.

Adults take 2 capsules daily. May be taken with or without food. Capsules may be opened and contents may be added to water or juice. Not intended for children.
