Glycerol Performance Complex is a oral liquid preparation. The 2 tablespoons (1 fl. oz.) serving provides Vitamin C 45 mg, Glycerol 10 g, Beta alanine 1 g, Betaine 1.25 g. Glycerol is a small polyol with osmotic properties relevant to fluid distribution. The accompanying performance compounds participate in separate muscular or vascular-signalling pathways according to their chemical identities. Shake well before each use.
