Bone Support Complex is an oral tablet preparation. The documented 2 Tablets serving provides Vitamin D 16.7 mcg (667 IU), Calcium 400 mg, Magnesium 166.7 mg, Vitamin K2 40 mcg and Vitamin C 66.7 mg. This bone-support preparation combines nutrients that contribute to skeletal structure, calcium regulation and connective-tissue metabolism. Magnesium contributes to normal nerve transmission, muscle function and enzyme activity. Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and cellular antioxidant systems. Vitamin D contributes to calcium regulation and normal skeletal and immune function.

Adults take 2 tablets 3 times a day (for a total of 6) with meals to facilitate maximum absorption, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
